Ambienta SGR SpA ("Ambienta"), one of the world's largest asset managers focused on environmental sustainability, is pleased to announce that its platform company Namirial S.p.A. ("Namirial"), a leader in digital trust software and services, has completed the process of integrating Bit4 Group S.r.l. ("Bit4ID"), a leading provider of digital trust software and services. ("Bit4ID"), a technology provider specialised in digital identity and digital trust based in Naples (Italy), with a significant presence in the Spanish market through the Barcelona-based company Uanataca S.A.

Uanataca, as part of the BIt4id group, joins the platform with an innovative offer. 
Bit4ID, founded in 2004, started as a technology provider specialising in digital identity and electronic trust services, providing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology, enabling technology for Digital Trust Services (DTS).

More recently, in 2016, building on its strong competencies, the group expanded into the market with Uanataca, a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) providing services mainly in Europe and LATAM. Its innovative offering includes the PKI-as-a-Service (PKIaaS) model, which provides infrastructure and services in the Cloud without significant initial investment.

The Bit4ID Group's competencies will enhance Namirial's technology platform, enabling a complete approach to the Digital Trust Services (DTS) market, and incorporates a strong and capable R&D team into the platform.

Thanks to the Group's solid organic growth, backed by a successful M&A campaign, the platform now exceeds €100 million in revenues, has more than 800 employees and offices in 18 countries.
